Integrate Help Scout With KrispCall Easily With Our Guide
Sign in to KrispCall
Access your KrispCall account and navigate to Settings to begin the integration.
Open the Integration Menu and select Help Scout
In the Settings menu, click on Integrations under App Settings to continue and find Help Scout in the list for integration.
Accept the Integration Request
A pop-up will appear asking you to accept or reject the integration with Help Scout. Click Accept.
Choose a Mailbox to Connect
Select the desired mailbox on the new page and click the Connect option to complete the integration.
