Our commission structures are tailored to the specific nature of the partnership and expected volume. We offer competitive, tiered rates, which will be finalized and documented by our legal and partnership teams during your formal onboarding process.
Yes. We offer dedicated onboarding and a full library of training resources to ensure you have the product expertise and marketing assets necessary for a successful partnership with KrispCall.
Yes. Upon successful completion of the onboarding process, partners are granted access to a dedicated demo account to facilitate client presentations and internal testing.
KrispCall provides 24/7 technical support. While you maintain the primary relationship with your client, our global support team is available around the clock to handle all backend technical requirements.
Custom pricing and promotional discounts can be coordinated through your dedicated Partner Manager to help you stay competitive in high-value opportunities.
Partner shall inform the Company in writing regarding competitive products sold by Reseller in the Territory. During the term of this agreement, Reseller shall not adapt, manufacture, sell, rent, distribute, market, promote, or solicit the sale of any product in the Territory that is competitive with the Products without prior written consent from the Company.
In the event of a client cancellation, the final applicable commission will be calculated and released during the next scheduled quarterly payout cycle.
Commissions are processed and paid quarterly.
KrispCall is focused on delivering a best-in-class AI-powered phone app. While we do not operate as a traditional reseller for third-party products, we are committed to a collaborative ecosystem. If we identify a strategic fit between a client’s needs and a partner’s specialized offerings, we actively facilitate referrals to ensure our customers receive a complete, high-value solution.
We offer a flexible onboarding model. While the KrispCall technical team is available to manage the entire deployment and configuration process, partners are welcome to lead the onboarding experience if they prefer to maintain a high-touch relationship or provide implementation as a value-added service. Our goal is to support your preferred workflow while ensuring a seamless transition for the client.
Commissions are currently available only on core recurring revenue, specifically Subscriptions and Seat additions. Usage-based costs, such as individual phone numbers and calling credits, are excluded from the commissionable total.
